Warranty Policy:
DIY Custom Cornice will warranty all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from your purchase date. The Create It Cornice Window Covering Topper goes through a multi point inspection to ensure parts are in tact and all pieces needed are included in each kit.
Please Note: This warranty will not cover the following reasons for return:
- Fading or discoloration caused by exposure to intense sunlight or heat
- Damage caused by using inappropriate adhesive products
- Damage caused by alteration or modification of the product
- Improper assembly or installation
- Products damaged by accident, vandalism, or neglect
- Products damaged during shipping
Shipping Costs:
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Return Policy:
Returned product will be inspected to ensure all parts have been received in full and product is in as shipped original condition. All cornice kits in original shipping packages may be returned for credit within 60 days of product purchase date. Credit is given less 15% restocking fee. Please contact DIY Custom Cornice for return authorization and ship to address.
Technical Information:
All DIY Custom Cornices home decorating products are constructed predominately of a "modified" Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam with a fire retardant additive. The foam meets the State of California Quality Standards, City of Los Angeles N.24158 and N.2495. The following are Flammability Properties as tested under controlled laboratory conditions. UL Procedure 723, ASTM E084-Flame spread: 5-10-Fuel contributed: Not Determinable-Smoke Developed: 40-125-Extinguishing Media: Water, Water Fog, CO2, Dry chemical.
